Moroccan cuisine is said to be one of the most important cuisines in the world. Every visitor to Morocco can savor the delights of its gastronomy when they taste tagines, couscous, haira. However, few tourists get the chance to experience the preparation of Moroccan cuisine; something that is essential to understanding the culture.
We promise our clients a completely hands-on experience in the traditional process of food preparation that Moroccans perform every day: tagines… with our Moroccan Chef Cuisine around our magnificent pool. You will also assist to the preparation of the Moroccan mint tea.
Our cooking class accommodate everyone needs from the beginner cook to the experienced chef. Our goal is for all of our clients to go home with new recipes and cooking techniques and especially great memories. Our classes are offered every Friday, from 4 to 5pm. This service is free of charge for our package premium clients.

Round three of the 2010 FIA World Touring Car Championship is scheduled to take place in Marrakech, at the recently built City Circuit. Five racing programmes offers spectators 20 hours of non-stop action by 120 skilled drivers in their supercar.

CAFTAN...
The stars of Moroccan and Eastern haute couture come together for CAFTAN, a display where experienced designers and new talents meet to showcase their latest creations. The venue is the Palais des Congrès' Palmeraie Golf Palace.
At CAFTAN contestants present their collections in front of a panel of judges and proceeds go to the CSSF, who support the education of young girls in rural Morocco through scholarships.
